Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a follow‑up notification when your order has shipped.

Processing may take longer during peak periods or due to factors outside of our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs clearance, weather events).

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout when available.

Your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs fees once it reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information (if available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

If you have not received your order within 7–10 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation email (or within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout), please contact us with your name and order number.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return eligibility, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our return policy and the condition of the product upon receipt.
