Professional Splicing Workflow (Instructions)

1. Customize Your Setup: Adjust the cart to your preferred ergonomic height using the locking mechanism.

2. Tape Alignment: Place the component carrier tape onto the 2mm or 4mm pitch placement pin guides located on the splicing plate.

3. Tool Preparation: Install your continuous splice clips into the stapler-style splicing tool.

4. Secure the Joint: Center both carrier tapes (cover tape facing up) on the alignment pins and secure them with the integrated clamps.

5. Crimp & Connect: Depress the tool handle to securely bridge the carrier tapes with the brass clip.

6. Seal the Cover: Apply an SMT splice tape strip over the cover tape and press firmly for a 100% secure, feeder-ready connection.
