Professional Splicing Instructions

Preparation: Use a precision cutting tool to ensure a perfectly square cut on the ends of both the expiring and new carrier tapes.
Expose Adhesive: Peel away the release liner to reveal the high-tack adhesive surface.
Align: Place the cut carrier tapes (cover tape facing down) onto the first strip, using the embossed dots to align with the sprocket holes.
Secure: Fold the second strip over to the underside of the carrier tape and press firmly to create a high-strength bond.
Finish: Remove and discard the clear plastic protective cover and guide strip. The splice is now complete and feeder-ready.
